New Rule for Blind Bets(?) and Missing 225 million Chips

For the last few days or so I can no longer bet big or go all in if I'm one of the blinds. I only have the option of calling or raising the current bet. Not only is this stupid, but I think I'm being incorrectly deducted chips because of a calculation error somewhere. Over the last 3-4 days I've lost hundreds of millions sometimes by just switching tables. I have provided screenshots as proof.

The first was taken after I won big because I was gonna brag to my brother. It shows 350 million and it was taken at 3:49am. Then I sat at a table (500k/1m) with around 20-30 mil like usual. While playing my first hand I accidentally hit the gold icon. Its a good thing I did because before quickly closing it I noticed my chip count. As the second pic will show, my balance was suddenly 210 million. I had somehow lost 80 million chips and all I had done was sit down with 20 mil, call "all in" for 1 mil ante, raise 5 mil or so on the flop before folding. I took the second screenshot at 3:51am and going by my phones time stamp, it was roughly 90 secs between the two pictures.

I'm was pretty shocked at the moment because I didnt know what just happened. Obviously the app calculated something incorrectly and the only thing different or open to error is the new blind betting policy, but thas just a guess. I really don't have a clue. I did however immediately go to a new table and was going to buy in at my max because I wasn't sure if the rest of my chips would be there later.

The max I went for on the slider was 210 million, but I couldn't go that high. I could only buy in for 125 mil. That's when I took screenshot #3 a mere 30 seconds after #2. (I know, i should've taken a pic of the same screen as before and believe me, I'm still kicking myself.)

But try to understand how livid I was at that moment. I folded right away, went to the lobby and logged out. I was thinking maybe I got hacked. I wasn't sure how to react or what to do next. My chip balance went down again; this time from 210 to 125 without me even playing a hand. Total time from pic 1 to pic 3 was just over 120 seconds. Un-f#%$*ing-believable. You can't make this stuff up. Within literally 2 mins at 2 tables for 2 hands ( only one of which I bet on) someone stole 225 million chips from my account. I don't know how else to describe it and I can't do much else to prove what happened either.

Naturally, Zynga support is nonexistent up to this point just like they were when I lost 120 million on a full house that should've been split and countless other "mistakes" that have cost me greatly.
