I leveled up from league 8 to league 9, I was supposed to receive 40 tickets but haven't been able to.
The challenge button turns into a ticket button, when you click it - you're supposed to get tickets. I clicked it, and the icon wasn't moving/changing at all. I closed the app and re-opened the app, and the icon disappeared, and I have not received the 40 tickets.
I got an email with the 'LEAGUES WEEKLY REPORT' and it said you earned 40 tickets, and has a 'redeem now' button but it doesn't bring me anywhere. I have tried this from a PC and from my mobile phone.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5, I have attached a screenshot of the email I received.
