Spring Chip Deal

I play holdem on droid mobile. Last night I received two push notifications for your springtime seasonal chip deal, but when I hit the notification I'm just taken to the lobby. No special offers are given. I've tried logging out but that doesnt change anything.

Since we're on the topic, I dont understand how you determine when to offer your deals and to whom. I only seem to get them once I'm busted but have no money. However, if I have a Google play card redeemed I never get any deals even if I'm down to under 1k.

Why the randomness? If you're going to offer deals, offer them to everyone and just make it available in the chip/gold store. It seems a bit unfair to offer certain deals to certain players at certain times on certain platforms. That just puts other players at an unfair advantage due to something they have no power to change.

Not fair play!!!

To start, I have been playing zynga poker for over 7 years on and off plus I've gotten 20 plus people to play... I've never had any issues until now, but mainly with jump poker... today for example... I had King 6 maybe 10 times and about 8 out of 10 times I lost... ONLY TO DIAMOND FLUSHES!!! Doesn't matter if opponent had a 2 of diamond and 6 of club... 4 diamonds will hit the board and it only happenshows when I have a king in my hand... this is the same as playing with one deck of cards in real life... I've had Ace king of hearts and ace whatever of hearts maybe 10 times today... never got a flush... I only seen 1 flush with hearts that an opponent got on accident by having the only heart on the board ( a freaking 2 of heart) and I've been playing for about 4 hours... my wife had millions, got on about 2 weeks ago had 0$... I constantly cant join jump poker, if I jump a table, even though i see 2, 3 and sometimes 4 seats open, it'll take me to the home screen repeatedly, but if I exit the app and come right back in, I can join Juno poker. That's really annoying especially since it cools me down and I'm on fire, winning my way up to 2.1 mil and then coming back in fresh to the 500k table just to lose it all to repetitive non fair play... I'm on comcast WiFi and I work for them so it's not my connection.... I had 2.1 mil today and it was all lost due to diamond flushes... haven't seen not 1 winning hand from me or opponents, of spade or club flush period this morning and I've had A2 and AK of spade and clubs MULTIPLE TIMES! This is not only irritating but it makes me want to remove the app. .. my wife hasn't played ever since her millions vanished... I feel we need to be compensated in some sort of way. If not, I'll be sure to remove what I thought was the best Texas holdem game and install world poker... I just created this zynga forum profile hoping that you would show that you care about your players and check my files and messages that I posted within the game showing that I felt really bothered by these things and that you would make it your top priority to keep me here as a zynga poker fan... if not then I'm sorry to say but world poker will be replacing your app. PS. I read other android users complaints and I've witnessed everything that they are complaining about...when I got my wife to download Zynga poker, (Finally) she has never had the "watch now earn $45,000" video offers pop up not once but I get them 2, 3 and sometimes 4 times back to back in a day..... if this is not enough proof for you to feel the need to compensate then that shows me how much you care about a loyal customer. Thanks for taking your time out to read my complaints and I really hope we can come to an agreement because truth be told I really think zynga poker is the best mobile poker game to exist and I've played about 15 different ones. Thank you again and I look forward to hearing from you.

Unable to earn free chips by watching video's

It self explanatory. As per the topic I am unable to figure how to set it off on my account. Same phone my girl friend signs into her account and after the spin it is going the first thing to show up. Please help this is maddening.

Fair play is when my flush beats two pair not the other way round. Get your act together zynga. Not good enough!!!

Ii have updated my empire's and allies which have alpha boost for tarmac, but unfortunately alpha didn't appear in my war factory yet.I tried to uninstall then install again ,but still. Anyone can help plz

Auto Re-buy option - Android

Hi Zynga,

I'm currently playing ZP on Android and when I try to play the Hold'em tables I don't see the Auto Re-buy option. When I log off and log in with another Facebook account I see that option, but when I log in again with my main account I don't see that option.

Why Is this happening? I have the latest Zynga app.

I have been playing this game for more than 2 years now and never knew there was an Auto Re-buy option for the Android app until now when I logged in with another account...

Help me!

2nd time I don't get my money

I had 300-500k . I spin one time I get 800k (I use 2 gold) I spin 2nd time and I get 600k (whit gold again) . That is only 1.4m and I have all together now 1.2 . How is that possible ??? This is second time that you city me for 1m .

Updated the Samsung Galaxy (android) to the current version, and still receiving the same failure due to hardware. whatever update you di no 9/1 to Zynga Poker is causing issues and I cannot get in. I downloaded the app in the google play store, uninstalled again and same issue.

400 XP missing after Multiple purchases

I had just typed up a much longer and concise piece, but even though it says *draft saved ...*, seems the forums still like to randomly refresh.

A bit over 24 hours ago, I noticed my 400% XP bonus had disappeared prematurely - hours even before my 200 was available. So I bought a $9.99 chip package - got the screen saying I had x amount of tier points and 400% XP for the day. Started playing and noticed there was no difference. Did a force stop / restart. When the daily XP multiplier became available, I purchased the $19.99. Same screen after successful payment, no multiplier showed up. Later on spent 9.99 on golden coins. Same screen - no successful 400% multiplier. Gave it a day and tried it again today with another 9.99 in chips. Same screen after successful purchase saying I get the multiplier, but the game still isn't aware of it

Now I'm swimming in chips that I really didn't need. I only ever purchase for the days when I know i get the house to myself and I can play as much of your game as I want. I contacted your customer service yesterday about a resolution, but of course have not heard back. I'd like to know what can be done. Can someone manually apply the 400%, preferably for one day for each purchase. It not, can you guys refund my purchases and take the chips back since that's much easier than having to do a charge back with my credit card?

not getting chip gifts

When I go into my gifts from friends and other players,I don't get the gifts and I don't know how to remove the expired or already received gifts. How do I remove them,so that I know what are new gifts and what are old gifts?
